Nine NE Ohio Roy Hobbs players enshrined

The National Semi-Pro Baseball Hall of Fame in Ohio celebrated 22 honorees in April, including 9 players who have suited up for the Roy Hobbs World Series, connecting them with some of the legends of the game. “It’s just a nice recognition from fellow players,” inductee Rich Gilmore said.

• Invitations have been sent to our active list and those new teams requesting an invite.  Deadline to reserve a place in the field and receive the reservation discounts is June 1. More than 160 teams reserved slots in RHWS 37 in first 14 days.
• Reminder that the age division lineup of weeks has been adjusted for 2026. See royhobbs.com/world-series page for lineup.
• Antiques Division (80+):  Separating 75s & 80s into separate weeks has resulted in 8 80s teams to date.  Anyone age 78 or over is eligible for Antiques; anyone interested but not committed to a team should email teammatesupport@royhobbs.com for more information.
• Team registration/player links coming in late June, followed by Free Agent registration, practice field sign-up and locker room registration in  June & July.
