Three players, Rob Streib,  Pete Rivero and Ariel Tapanes, have worked hard to build a winning Roy Hobbs World Series ball club, claiming the AA title for their division in 2021.

Roy Hobbs has opened registration for the Locker Room, Free Agents, Practice Fields and the 80s Exhibition.  Please click on the links below (or go to royhobbs.com landing page) to be connected to the appropriate registration form.

Non-refundable deposits will be required for the Locker Room ($105), to be listed as a Free Agent ($53) or to sign up a team for a practice field ($53), ACH cash or CC.  (Note: Practice Fields are first-come/first-paid as long as
fields are available.)

RH will collect on the 80s exhibition at the beginning of the
65-75s week when RH knows there is enough commitment and games are scheduled.

Roy Hobbs World Series #34

299 teams have submitted reservations for the 2023 RHWS as RH anticipates a record number of competitors for 2023.

Week 4 – 60s & 70s – is sold out with 88 teams.  RH does have issues to address on scheduling, so it will be interesting.  With the number of teams in 65s &
70s, it is time that we consider playing double-elimination in those playoffs.

In Case You Missed It in the June edition of The Bullpen, Tom talks about the current and future status of City of Palms Park in Fort Myers. The historic and beautiful facility is still standing and its use for future RHWS can’t be ruled out yet.
