What to do in Asheville when off the field
If you’re looking to make our event part of a vacation to this area, in addition to the Asheville sights it might be good to know that Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Dollywood are just a beautiful 2 hour drive over the Great Smoky Mountains. Great opportunity to spend a couple days seeing those iconic mountain hotspots either before or after your time in Asheville playing a few days of baseball.
Asheville Tourists
65+ & 70+ Division Players – why not take in an Asheville Tourist game while you’re in town for the Blue Ridge Spring Dinger? The Tourists will be hosting the Greenville Drive at home Tuesday, April 30th through Monday, May 5th. The Front Office has agreed to give our players a reserved ticket (normally $12) for the general admission price of $9.50. Biltmore Estate and Garden
As in past years, Biltmore Estate is offering our players and their families a discount on tickets to see this incredible property that includes the Vanderbilt home, beautiful gardens and Antler Village shops, winery and restaurants. This unique Estate is the closest thing to a castle in the US and offers self- and staff-guided tours.
