Cost
- $400 per team.
- non-refundable $100 deposit due July 1, 2010.
- Balance of fees due August 6.
- All teams must have liability insurance, providing proof of insurance, or purchasing Roy Hobbs event insurance ($125).

Guarantee
- 3 pool games, plus top 8 teams (or all teams with at least 2 victories if more than 8 are 2-1) based on tiebreakers advance to single elimination playoffs.
- Embroidered garment awards for all registered/checked-in players on championship team.
Event Logistics
- The number of teams allowed to participate will be in multiples of four (4).
- Each league may enter 2 teams; leagues with more than 8 teams may enter additional teams if space available or teams needed to balance the pools at 4 teams per pool. Non-Ohio resident teams and Independent teams are welcome.
- Pool play will consist of groups of four (4) teams and three (3) guaranteed games.
- All games will be 7-innings except the Championship which will be 9-innings.
- Night games will be played Wednesday-Thursday-Friday nights at Hudson HS, Sisler Field at Summit Lake Park, Patterson Park I and MacGregor Field at Packard Park in Warren.
- Game times will be 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. OR 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., local option.
- Teams will play 2 pool games in Wednesday-Friday time frame (dictated by number of teams completing) and play 3rd pool game Saturday morning.
- Playoffs will commence Saturday afternoon, the playoff schedule dictated by the number of teams advancing to the single-elimination playoffs.
- There will be a 2 hour 15 minute time limit for all 7-inning pool games; teams will complete the inning they are playing when time limit is reached, but no new inning may start after the time limit is reached should the game not be complete; only exception to the time limit will be in tie game when 1 full inning will be allowed to start after the time limit is reached. If neither team scores the game will be declared a tie.
Teams & Rosters
- The event is unlimited in age, but all players must be at least 18 years of age and/or have completed their high school eligibility.
- All teams and players must be in good standing in their respective leagues.
- Each team participating will have the option to add four players (4) to their roster from within their League only; no restriction on position.
- Event will be played using official American League rules.
- Any team not having 9 players at game time will forfeit that game and will be ineligible to continue in the tournament.
- Players in possession of or consuming alcohol at the fields will be dismissed from the tournament; smoking on the fields or in the dugouts is prohibited.
